In our new Working Paper a portfolio of five country evaluations in Tanzania, Uganda, Cambodia (two studies) and Bosnia-Herzegovina is assessed. The aim of the report is to highlight what can be learnt from the evaluations conducted so far, focusing on the use, learning and relevance for Swedish development cooperation. The study also assesses the quality of the reports using the EBA policy for study quality and identified aspects of the country evaluations that could be improved to increase the quality, use, learning and relevance.
