EBA hereby invites proposals for an evaluation of Sweden’s efforts to strengthen state capacity in fragile and conflict affected situations.
The overarching question is to what extent and how have Swedish aid made a clear difference in relation to Sweden’s objective to strengthen capacity and service delivery of state institutions in fragile and conflict affected countries?
