The study aims to shed light on work with transparent Swedish aid, through the web site Openaid and in general. The study will partly follow up the Swedish transparency work, and partly discuss why Sweden has ranked relatively low in international comparisons so far. With this as a basis, the value of international comparisons is discussed.
